I inherited AT&T when they bought out cell one. My service in terms of coverage has slowly gone to **** since AT&T appeared on my statements 4 years ago. And don’t even the mention the number of times they’ve tried to screw me over with overbilling (which never was properly resolved and I decided to put in a complete data block and give being able to send text with data which I pay for in order to deal with it.). I got the iphone for my daughter 18mos ago–nice phone if you have 3g. But here in the sticks, its pointless. Dropped calls, network busy for calls but can send texts, I could on and on. Never had these problems when it was cell one. Would have been better of buying an ipod touch.

The iphone is a great product, but it is paired with an inferior network. Verizon’s commercial hit the nail on the head for AT&T users located outside a metropolitan area. I am counting the days until I can get out of at&t’s contract.

I have a BB Storm with Verizon service and all this 3G stuff is a bunch of malarkey. Web browsing with my BB really sucks and most pages time out, or I just give up waiting for response.

AT&T’s coverage in Upstate New York just plain sucks. I stick with AT&T only due to my iphone. I am buying a new Verizon (Motorola) Droid phone and a contract to use in my travels in my stay in northern NY. I will use my iphone for my winter residence in Florida. I rely on 3G data capability rather than taking my Laptop for small trips and business meetings.

Hello. I am a current T-Mobile costumer who is switching next week. T-Mobile is very bad and disappointing at times. The funny thing is that I am paying as much as AT&T or Verizon charges.

For what I know, Verizon is the best phone company in the USA. AT&T fails on getting the internet work done or that is what I have been told by it's costumers. It also depends on the phone you have. Blackberry aren't the best for internet surfing.

I simply don’t understand how to get ATT’s attention that their coverage sucks. There is no place to complain to ATT about their coverage, no one to ask when it will be better, and I would love to have a web site that says “ATT BLOWS” as their coverage is simply a joke. We live in Anthem AZ and their coverage is terrible.

The iPhone is GREAT. However AT&T service sucks something horrible. I was sitting in my living room and during a conversation dropped the call twice. The Edge network constantly drops in and out of service. And I live well within a established service area. I wish I had stayed with Sprint, as bad as they were in Customer Service, they at least had 3G speeds here and I never dropped a call. AT&T needed this wake up call.

We have 5 AT&T phones in our house and have had great coverage until November 7, 2009 and then all of a sudden all we get is “service unavailable”. Wonder what’s up with that?

Ok let’s get one thing straight here….no where in att claim does it say verizon used an inaccurate map. The claim says people are being misled so the people that said verizon used an inaccurate map guess what att disagrees with u about that.
