Apple Wants You to Give Mom an iPod touch!
Not content with having only sold 37 million iPhone OS-based devices (which includes the iPod touch), Apple has set about stalking and capturing a whole new class of prey: our moms.
Fiendishly clever, Apple. Who’s mom wouldn’t want all those pictures of the kids (and maybe grandkids), home movies, email and chat access, and multitouch gaming hardcore enough to put the curl back in her beehive.
Only one problem, Apple. Our moms may jailbreak!
(Joking, we still have to help them start “the internet” with that little compass or curled fox icon… Sigh…)

I want to give my mom an i-pod touch! ..Not.. I bought her a nano for christmas and she always forgets that she locked it. She calls me thinking its broken and i always ask her if the bottom tab is showing orange…and it always is of course. An ipod touch would probably be the death of her

Yes, it is a good idea. And mothers around the world will thank their sons the time they will spend with them, no matter if mothers learn in one day or one year.

Yeah, I”m getting bombarded with those emails. I’ve been thinking about it, but if I get one for my mom, then I’ll have to get one for my dad for Father’s Day, cause they’ll both want to use it, and that gets expensive. My parents really need a laptop, and I’d rather save up the money for a low-end Macbook than buy something that doesn’t really fit into the way they use technology.
